Causes of electrical accidents
There are many causes of electrical accidents.Some of them are listed below:
1)Wires and cables:Wires and cables must be regularly checked and replaced if any fault is found.They are the main cause of electrical accidents.Damaged wires should be replaced immediately as they can give an electric shock.
2)Old appliances:Old/faulty appliances should never be used.Playing with such appliances may be potentially danger.Our gadgets should be checked regularly for any faults.
3)Hazardous areas:Working at wet areas is always a risk as water and electricity are bad combination.Areas where hazardous chemicals and corrosive atmosphere is present are always at risk.
The list will go on but we should remember a little awareness can avoid such accidents.
